For some strange reason, my husband poured himself a glass of water and left for work without drinking any of it. "Hmm, we're in a drought", I thought, "Better not let it go to waste on such a hot day."

 

So I went and flicked a tiny bit at Cosmo. To my surprise, he fluffed up and ran over to the side of the cage where I was! So I flicked a bit more. He continued to fluff up and roll himself all around, so I went a bit overboard with tossing water at him.

I know I've put wet Cosmo photos up recently.. but he really reminds me of a cockatoo lol

The amazing thing was that 15 minutes later he was already fully dry! It's been a stinker today. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that he oiled his feathers this morning.
