Is there any harm in giving budgies the foliage of a red chilli plant? we have a beautiful looking plant and the leaves look very tasty (for birds!) but i'm not sure if it is okay to give to Charley?? He loves anything new I put in his cage.

The fumes from the Chilli's being cooked / Fired etc can be harmful so I am not 100% sure on this answer though .. Maybe a bit of research
