Second Princess chick hatched...a first one in the green foster mothers nest ( foster Mums name is Precious ).....so she has one foster ( blue ) and one her own ( green ). I also checked the other two eggs in TART's nestbox...one was clear and the other fertile so I put the fertile one in PRECIOUS's nest with the two chicks. Precious is a great mother.

Cricket, my Cavalier got the clear egg for her breakfast :D

I do it all the time now, after Maggie once helped herself to some in the bin. All the clear budgie eggs and others ( parrot and quail eggs ) are given to the dogs. I drop them on the paving and the dogs eat them shell and all :D

Excellent news :D Parrot bubs every where!!! I feed my dogs the eggs also, just chuck it behind me and she'll catch it, begging, dancing or sitting :D

Blue princess it looking gorgeous Kaz :D

The blue baby is looking good Lib.

Ken has just arranged to buy a pair of green split lutino Princess parrots too. The splits usually produce 2-3 lutinos in the nest ( 50 % lutinos and 50 % greens ). They are a very nice pair. He is also looking to get some white Princesses and maybe some lime princesses also in the future.

I tried feeding my dog some budgie eggs, but he turned up his nose and walked off - fussy little mite he is

I look forward to seeing your new princesses - their colours sound really interesting :hap:

The new princesses look just like a normal green princess but they carry the genes to produce the lutino princess.

We now have three baby princesses in a nest...and more due today.
