I have seen many such budgies and had some myself. They had been treated with mercurochrome for feather cysts and that was the resulting colour that came out on their feathers. Where did those pictures come from Neat ? You will notice that bird has broken feathers so it is another feather cyst budgie that has been likewise treated. If ever you see one in a petshop...dont rush to buy it as a "new mutation" as it is a feather cyst survivor AND will pass it onto any future chicks. Orangewing budgie.......NO :bump:
