Posted October 21, 200816 yr hi I was just wondering do budgies chirp more louder in the breeding seasons?
October 21, 200816 yr they certainly chirp more... I know lip and len are certainly making more noise at the moment... dunno if it is louder though... maybe all part of the mating ritual... Edited October 21, 200816 yr by Neat Changed noice to noise
October 21, 200816 yr Yes I would agree too .... Only because I have noticed it the last 3 days with my lot that are in breeding condition
October 21, 200816 yr Any male bird is louder during the breeding season. Male birds including budgie males court by singing, dancing and doing antics to get the attention of the females, the louder the better because they get the most attention.
