Today I went with a friend to a breeder's place who was culling some of his birds. She had made enquiries on my behalf. She has seen my birds and I have a lovely albino cock bird who I had told her I would really like a nice hen to pair with. I was also looking for show cages and this man had several. So, I was off to possibly buy an albino hen and some 2nd hand show cages. Then we looked at his cull birds. I had told Adam before I left, I was only going to possibly look at the hen and if he had any normal type birds, I would look at them. Well, I bought the hen, plus 4 other birds, NONE of them normals and he threw in another albino cock as he is an older bird but he did breed last year and he was quite a nice boy. So as well as the cages - this is what I came home with.....
