I think you mean some budgies are larger than others ? Like my show type budgies would be larger than any colony style pet types you would breed in an aviary ?

I know what you mean <nods>. My boy was (and still is) 'bigger' than all the other birds in the breeder's aviary - they looked 'refined' whereas mine was stockier.
