Has anyone got any good tips on growing sprouts? I have tried it many times and dont have a lot of success :D

When I was a kid my mum had a snazzy little multi layer thing specifically for growing sprouts. You could have three separate layers at different stages of growth, it look kind of like a small clear plastic dehydrater
