Posted October 6, 200816 yr Opposite the unit I live in (next to my carport) there is a tree stump cut off at ground level. It was cut down before I moved in. It has started to sprout from the side and I want to know if it's okay to feed them to my budgies. They look and smell like normal Eucalyptus shoots, and I'm pretty sure they'll be okay. I figure that if the stump had have been poisoned they wouldn't be growing... Thoughts???
October 6, 200816 yr Go for it Even if the stump had been poisoned unsuccesfully any poison would have deteriorated by now and wouldn't be in the new growth. They'll love it!!!

October 6, 200816 yr New growth will go limp very quickly, if you can find a small jar or something to put it in with some water it will last a littl longer
