Yes...her mother was the same at that age but "grew" into her feathers. The Mum has taken out best danish Pied in Show a couple of times.

they are all so beautiful good going my friend and i share birds and chicks sometimes we have had sucsess but a tight record of inheritance we keep well good luck with the future

The Mum is trying to lay again with three foster chicks in the nest. She is giving the foster chicks a hard time so I will have to put them in a tub on the floor of the breeding cage.
