November 5, 200816 yr Are the wing marking black or are they more a shade of brown? If brown I would say cinnamon grey green. If black well, hmmm almost looks like a TCB but from those parents...?
November 8, 200816 yr Author tahnks guys, I was wondering if thats what they are when I saw a picture of another members birds and they looked so similar, so that means dad must be split for it then.
November 19, 200816 yr Author Jordan's babies seem to be doing great now, the new feathers are coming in nicely, I think i have an opaline hen (she wouldn't sit still enough for a picture) a TCB cock and a dark green something, I am not sure on the sex of the last one yet. Here are a couple of updated pics, (they are not the best i am afraid) this little guy/girl is still abit ragged around the edges but hopefully with his/her first molt they will smooth out some I really like the TCB boy he is so cute :sadsorry:
November 19, 200816 yr Terrific to see your updates :sadsorry: Â Are you sure the TCB is a boy ? The ragged one appears to be a boy.
November 19, 200816 yr Author I think so, the cere is pale blue, but does that mean that it can't be a TCB, I can never fully remember the rules with sex linged genes :sadsorry:
November 19, 200816 yr I think so, the cere is pale blue, but does that mean that it can't be a TCB, I can never fully remember the rules with sex linged genes :sadsorry: No...the cere colour isnt about boy or girl...but the cere on your tcb seems to be whitish blue and any white usually means hen. So I will wait for other photos
