Posted September 23, 200816 yr I don't have any pictures of the cage..but it is 2 feet deep, 7 feet wide, and almost 5 feet high..How many budgies could I fit comfortably and safely in there, for a long period of time? Ie, a few months-a year. Thanks
September 23, 200816 yr Two feet deep isnt very deep to allow for good flight through that cage What access doors does it have ? Would it be better divided into four flight cages each with access doors. ? Not wide enough to get in it much yourself to arrange and rearrange. Edited September 23, 200816 yr by KAZ
September 23, 200816 yr Author Well, 2 feet deep but close to 3...But yeah I understand that isn't very much room for flight..As for access doors, it has one at one end. You could divide it into four,, seeing as it isn't very deep I suppose how wide it is makes for more room for flying.. And yes, not much room to arrange and rearrange easily. With dividing it into four, each with it's own door, rearranging perches etc would be made a lot easier..
September 23, 200816 yr If access is an issue then dividing it up might be a better option, then you can divide your birds by age and sex if need be
September 23, 200816 yr Author Alright, good plan..I'll do that, it would help with the access etc..thanks for the advice Kaz.
