Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers. Funeral was on Friday. I was really nice and she would have loved it. I spent a few days up there and was back today. Have tomorrow off and then back to work...

Hey Maes- sorry to hear about your family, but like you say she is at peace now. It does help making a spot for her in your house for a nice photo or memory of her.

I have lost many family members and friends in the last 2 years (and countless in the last 10) but it never gets any easier either- although you get more comfortable in cemetaries, they dont put the wind up your back as much
