It has been really great having Maesie visit, we have been having lots of fun. Done lots of shopping and more shopping. Took Maesie 4wdriving on the beach today and it was hot. Kids had heaps of fun playing in the water. Been having lots of late nights so Maesie will need to catch up on sleep when she gets home. Even decided to add some excitemet to her holiday and have a double shooting 5 minutes down the road, it was all on the news here not sure if other members heard about it. The town was closed off but kids were still allowed to go to school. Looking forward to Monday when we get to meet Neat, i better start cleaning ready and not forget under the lounge cushions. I am having a really great time with Deb and her family. Since arriving Tuesday night, we have been shopping a few times, went to her oldest daughters school concert, been up to visit Jenene (as mentioned in the other post), played board games, watched movies and as Deb wrote, we went 4WDriving today. I have never been before, and as it's 34ish today, it was lovely... Very warm and sunny but a nice breeze.

 

We have some plans for the coming days, including Neat's visit. I must admit, time is flying but it has been great. Deb, her husband and their beautiful kids have made me feel very welcome, and just like part of the family.

 

I'll post some photos when I get home... although I've been to busy to take many! That's about all from me for now. I hope you aren't missing me toooooooo much :hap: maesie xo

We did!!! Neat couldn't make Friday (she had the kids), but am pretty sure she's child free on Monday to come just as far as Deb's house :hap:

That's a shame I would have liked to have met her.

Yes Deb best be cleaning under those lounges, and cushions, ooo under the fridge too, Hmmmm ( where else don't I clean) Ahhh yes the inside of the bin :hap: :hap: okay so that sound like i am a grot ( i do disinfect the bin once a month )

I did clean under the cushions but sorry not under the fridge, too heavy for me to move. By the way Neat, it is 1 1/2 hours from my house to Jenene's. Give us a ring if you have problems with your map reading and hopefully Maesie or me will be able to help but seeing Maesie does not know the area and i am hopeless at directions it will be fun to see where you end up.

Unfortunately I'm not going to be around, but I'm sure Deb would still love to see you!!!!! (Deb is sitting here telling me to write YES PLEASE!!!!!!!)

I called deb on Monday morning as the House was trashed over the weekend and thought that i could leave it that messy ...

So have organised to come up during the school holidays NEXT TUESDAY with the kids so i can spend more then 2 hours there
