September 7, 200816 yr Gold fish are nippers no matter how fancy they killsed off my beta keep watch they are not nipping at the fins, the goldfish my daughter got at school ended up beating up my beta, I was ticked. They are gorgeous.
September 7, 200816 yr Author The goldfish/fancy fish are kept in a different tank to the Tropicals so not worried about them eating Master. Master has two girlfriends and both of them lived in a tank with a Male for a good six months before I got them so they are use to him and so far he chases them around the tank. MB was going to get one like that but he did not look that well so got Master instead, he didn't look that well either but the best of the lot and also he matches his girlfriends. I can't believe the difference a few days in a bigger tank with warm water has made! Also MB thanks I thought he was a Lion Head but was not 100% sure, I just feel in love with him!

September 8, 200816 yr okay I worked it out... he is a lionhead. There are similiar ones called Ranchu's which have a much more bent spine.
