hi Neat and thanks for the link. all info is helpful for me as i have only had my feathered lovely for a short while and this is also my first foray into the world of birds, so to speak.

We dont need to go elsewhere for pictures and things like that Neat. We have it all here.

I think Chysocome's is better as it deals with primary and secondary flights, as well as mentioning the ******* wing. Until i saw this picture, i always wondered what those feathers in that spot were called.

Always check the FAQ's .

I just love the fact that I used the correct term for a part of the wing, and it took my word otu and replaced it with asterix's

the ******* wing...
