Hey all ..

Since yesterday was a teachers strike it through me a sixer ...

TODAY was Book Day where the kids come to school dressed as their favourite character from a book ...

I drop Talia to school in her normal uniform and seen all the other students dressed up ....

I asked one mum is it Dress up day and she reminded me that it was BOOK DAY with a look in her eye as to say

well you should have KNOWN ...

Poor Talia I would have droped off a costume for her But i have to borrow the MIL car as my Radiator is stuffed ( hole in it ) and the battery is NOW FLAT GRRRRR ... And i have to borrow it to go to the Dr today and again to pick her up so

I know that i will not hear the end of it when i pick her up ......

I am sure that an Ice Cream will fix that up this arvo ....

*Prays it will fix it up :D

Just needed to vent a little about my BAD MUM MOMENT -

i think we all have those moments, Neat. I find it so hard to keep a track of all things i need to remember to do. My daughter had book week last week at her school and she informs me at 8pm the night before that she needed a costume to take to school the next morning. I hope the ice cream fixes everything.

hehe aww i'm sure she'll forgive you, heck i've almost sent my neice to school on days which are pupil free days haha!!!

How was I to know, if I'm not reminded by her :D

I am sure she will come up with an excuse I LOVE THEM ALL AND COULDN'T DECIDE hahah

Madeline is about a girl in a school uniform isn't it?

You could have dropped off her baby album and she could then have been the character out of that book :)

But Tj was fine with it :D Some one lent her a pair of plastic eye glasses and she fine ..

She was happy as a boy was dressed as snow white, so she laughed all day
