I was supposed to go to the budgie auction today (actually had money!) but didn't sleep (too tired to drive) so my parents took me to the local markets knowing they sell budgies.

 

Picked up these 2 cuties:

Not positive but I think the green one is a girl because of the lighter colour around the nares:

They grey green looks very young though and my guess is a hen too.

I am hoping he grows a bit more as he's a bit small but was the biggest pied they had.

They are both very young and beautiful Karen. I think you are right about it being a hen the olive one she is beautiful. I love the olives and grey greens they are are my favorite in the green series. The dominant looks like a male as Liv said he is very handsome. Congrats on your finds.
