Thanks guys :)

I'm going to take a stab so i can be corrected if need be.

Yes to dom pied cobalt cock.

Poppy looks to be a sky blue cinnamon spangle and I think Lady is a violet cinnamon spangle :)

Very pretty trio :D

i agree too

3 new beautiful New additions :D

It's nice to know I'm starting to know what I'm talking about :D (Thanks to BBC, clever members and harassing Lib with a million questions) LOL

I really love the violet cinnamon spangle :D

Totally ignor me cause I don't know my butt from a hole in the wall but are both the females Opaline also or do the head markings go along with the spangle in them??? Just trying to learn this stuff... I actually guessed all the colors, the dominate pied, and the cinnamon right.... I'm learning.

I think that the Violet is an Opaline but i can't see too well ...

I can't seen any 'v' shape of colours on the back of the birds which you need for opaline.

and looking again now I would say Poppy is cobalt not skyblue.

So opaline isn't just the presents of the faded lines on the head, you have to have the "V" shape of body color on the back too??? If so and they don't have the "V" but have faint lines on the head, what is that??

that can be anything from colour appearing from the flash to a sign of a poorly marked opaline or a bird with opalance which appears with opaline bred chicks.

Hi all was wondering if anyone can take a guess at how old these guys are, I am guessing that the boy is still fairly young maybe six months but the girls look older to me

what do you all think?

Yeah his cere is changing into the adult blue so anything from 3 months to 6 months. the girsl already have a brown cere and their iris rings are stong as well. appox 8 months and upwards.

Poppy isn't a cinnamon spangle, she's a normal spangle... only Lady is a cinnamon spangle
