How often is it okay to feed hulled oats and sunflower seeds. At present I have like a ceramic round dish about 8 inches in diameter and 1 inch high, I fill this up half way with hulled oats and sunflower seeds at about a ratio of 2/3 oats and 1/3 sunflower seeds. They get this once a week.

 

Is it okay to give it to them more often or not?

 

This is for about 40 budgies in the avairy. Lasts them maybe a couple of hours

I thought you meant JUNK FOOD as in POP CORN and Etc ... LOL ...

The Breeders get Hulled oats (goats) every day in their soft food. Chicks get it everyday in the nursery.
