No offense, ARE YOU 100% sure that there are no Mice or rats that CAN get into your aviary!

Look around the aviary for any little holes?

 

Was the other bird that has died Male or female ??

The other bird was female. The bottom of the avairy is cement with no holes. 2 foot from the ground up is tin and again their is no holes. On top of the avairy is tin and their is no holes their either. Then around the outside of the aviary I cemented 2 feet down around the edges of it so mice couldnt bury under, even if they did bury under they still couldnt come up because its cemented floors. No mice can get in I have made sure of it. Maybe this budgie was just to old and it was her time to pass on..

They might have had the fight together, But i guess only they will know ....
