Posted August 5, 200816 yr As I promised Neat, here are pictures of our cabinets that my partner has been making with the plastic nest boxes we are using. This is the breeding cabinet. I have asked Adam to put one perch lower than the other both for the babies to learn to perch and to make sure the bigger birds have enough head room for "romance". This is the nest box with the solid slide down And this is with the solid slide up. Phoenix isnt in the pictures cause she was in the nest box when I took the first one and she popped out when I took the slide out. The clear slide also slides up for access to the box

August 5, 200816 yr That would be great, they look like they are a good size, have they got plenty of room for show types?
August 5, 200816 yr Hey they look Great, I am thinking though, how do they go in the warmer weathers -
August 6, 200816 yr Awesome: I hope it doesn't cause they look heaps nice!!!! I will add that to the shopping list
August 6, 200816 yr They'd still be fine at my place since my breeding cages are in the garage (which stays pretty cool in summer).
August 6, 200816 yr hi guys, these boxes have 5 ventalation slots on the far end for cooling, aslo they can be altered to use either left or right-hand sides as they have simple pop outs in them- they are made by a company called "HAGEN" and made in Malaysia.
