Heard on the radio this arvo that they are paying people to take their old Fridges away if they are over ummm dam can't remeber the age but also 250L or more They pay you $30 - Trying to save the environment .with the carbon stuff ...... I will listen out for the info again as they have a website but I can't remeber the name. white good resue or fridge resue .com.au something like that .... Kids, couldn't hear over them

I think because the older fridges have cfcs which are bad if the fridge gets destroyed at the tip. Our is only a couple of years old so it's CFC free.
