I know you have to be part of a club to show and to show you have to have their rings on your birds, but what happens if you already have birds before you join a club. I have 49 at the moment and i'm not part of a club, and i don't know what year they hatched, so does that mean i can't show those birds?

You cannot show birds with no legrings. Over here in Western Australia you can show bought birds as a NOVICE but those birds must be rung birds. I dont think you have those same rules in the eastern states of Australia.....about the bought birds I mean.

What Kaz said in Vic birds have to be club rung. join the club gets some rings and start ringing your chicks that way you can show them.
