Chick With Problems

Well the good news is that today he is sitting up in the nest box qute well, still a little unsteady on one side but he is able to get back on his feet if he does fall over. He still holds his head to the side though. Given all his symptoms only affecting one side of his body and the way he has now gradually recovered it does seem like a stroke still which is rather odd :D

I am just wondering how your little df is going, has it made a full recovering and holding his head better.

She(I think) is perfect :D The good news is that while it didn't matter what sex she was I was hoping for two males as I have chick requests. It looks as though her two clutch mates are both boys so it has turned out to be the perfect clutch :) She has very light vioet suffusion on her rump and chest so it will be interesting to see how much it darkens up as she moults

Mb, that sounds sooo nice :) - Got an updated picture :D

I'll take one after the boys head to bed, although it is so light that I'm not sure you could see it in a photo but I'll give it a go, just for you :)

It is great to hear that she is doing well, love to see a picture too. Violet suffusion sounds so pretty.
