my budgie is turnig white and hes supposed to be blue how can i his colour back?

we'd need to see photo's to be able to tell you what is going on

Birds don't just "change colour" well, not budgies anyway

Do you have any pictures? it may be as simple as molt or it may be his mutation. Pictures would help (also we like picture here! )

Is it his head turning paler? If so I would say he is an opaline and he is losing his baby colouring, there is a mtation which changes colour but I would say if he is only a few months old then that would be what it is

Most budgie varieties get darker in colour with a moult. Can you see any fluffy down feathers showing though.... he isn't starting to pluck his feathers out is he???? A picture will help a lot.
