hey, i've gotten into a competition phase where i try to enter as many comps as possible, but havnt won any as of yet, just thought i would ask if any memers have won any competitions of any sort, what were they and what did you win?

 

also if anyone has any tips please share

The phrase "You gotta be in it to win it" is very true!!

I haven't won anything other than a few fundraiser raffles etc. Personally, I think the money you spend entering competitions etc, out weigh the prizes you actually win (overall) - but that's just my opinion.

I enter everything that is free, I never pay more then about $3 a ticket. I enter as many times as possible. I have a spam e-mail address that I use to enter comp's on line and I also have a disposal mobile (pre paid that I use for bands to send out reminders of gigs) so that if they call they just get the voice mail and I don't have to worry about spam calls and txt message all day.

 

Yes i have won alot but I have entered even more. i think i worked out the ratio is about 20 to 1. so keep at it and have fun, if you are not having fun then what's the point!

woah! thats alot angelic vampyre! i have a spam email and am thinking about getting a spam phone i have entered at least 100 but havnt won any!
