What Age To Clip?

As most of you know, I have a 'lovely bunch of opalines' and I'm planning on keep two as inside budgies. In my other thread The clutch of winter '08, I'm hoping to get some confirmation of the sex of these little guys. If I am correct, I have at least 2 males. If this is the case, I'll be having them inside and want to clip them (I have read a lot about it and am happy with my decission) I'll be taking them to my avian vet to get her to do them and learn myself. My question is this... at what age should they be clipped? I handle all of the bubs daily but they are now at the stage where you can't let them go or they'll fly or attempt to fly away. I'd like them to be able to learn to fly before I clip them. I do have a back room which I hope to clean and bird proof tomorrow and then I can let the bubs use their wings. As two of them will be going to new owners and one to my aviary, I want to be sure about their sex before I clip them (esp with the aviary bird). The youngest bub is 1 month old.

I prefer them to learn to fly prior to clipping too :D

I clipped Mac 3 weeks after he fledge he flew well for the 3 weeks he left ....

I also clip once they've learnt to fly. If done at that stage they still retain the knowledge of how to once their wings grow back and it stops them splitting their cere open on windows :D

I clipped Latte and Cookies wings when they learnt to fly well which was about 6-7 weeks old :P

Merlin was around 8-10 weeks when I got him and he was clipped.
