Posted July 12, 200816 yr My results weren't supposed to be available until Monday arvo, I got up this morning and they were in my email!!!! After a moments freak out because the first subject listed was listed a fail (it was one I did a few years ago and had to repeat but had a VERY similiar subject code to the one I did this semester) I then realised I was looking at the wrong subject and it turns out I did pass after all That was my last subject so now I am officially a university garduate! Celebrate good times, come on! Doo doo da doo, doo doo, doo dooooo, whahoooo
July 12, 200816 yr Author It is a Bachelor of Conservation, Biology and Ecolgy majoring in Botany and Aquatic Ecology
July 12, 200816 yr Author I want to work in Environmental Education (think the guys that do the bird flight shows at Healesville, etc) but I am actually already working for the Vic Dept of Sustainability as a Spatial Analyst. I was working part time while I was studying and they have now made me full time. I am creating a fine scale computerised land use history for the whole of Victoria. Its a really exciting project which will be used by people in many areas of government and also in the private sector when planning environmental projects. It will probably result in my getting my name in the odd scientific journal or two as well, which as those who have studied science will know is pretty exciting.
July 15, 200816 yr Congrats! :bluebudgie: I also got my results early Saturday morning (really early...just past 12am!) instead of Monday, and I passed everything which is great.
July 15, 200816 yr Author They must have been tricking all the Science students at La Trobe :bluebudgie:
July 15, 200816 yr They must have been tricking all the Science students at La Trobe Or they were super-organised and didn't realise they would have them ready that early. Seems unusual that a university would be that organised... :bluebudgie: Edited July 15, 200816 yr by Caheao
