Millet Thief!

Well, last night I was really tired after work and I mustn't have paid attention when I covered Coco's cage over, and when I took the cover off this morning.

Evidence i found in the bottom of his cage when I got home from work would suggest that somebody left a two inch piece of millet in it :P . Evidence being a stripped piece of millet and the newspaper being covered in husks!

I was trying to cut down his millet intake too the past couple of weeks (I think that I have been giving him a little too much and I know that it is fattening :D ) and then I go and leave a piece in there :P

He must have had a very enjoyable day :hap:

Sure didn't waste any time. I remember once upon a time (well... a few months ago) when I began training him I could leave a piece in there for a week and he wouldn't be brave enough to go near it ^_^

:D, I haven't heard of too many budgies not liking millet there are some casese it amazes me my 2 LOVE it too.

I don't mind mine getting a few fattier seeds in winter, this time of year mine get sunflower seeds as treats. Probably not so necessary for strictly indoor birds though...
