Posted July 10, 200816 yr BABY UPDATES YAY! okay so here is Baby No 1 A Violet opaline Grey wing cock, Don’t ask me where they grey wing came into it – Baby No 2 a Grey Clearwing pied Cock ( Danish Pied ?? ) Baby No 3 A skyviolet cock now it has a dom pied clearwing trait with Faint grey markings Baby No 4 A Cobalt Normal Hen I like this picture she kept putting her wing over her face being shy Baby No 5 A Grey Normal Hen And he Group Shot They grow sooo fast
July 10, 200816 yr Baby #3 photo should be submitted for Budgie of the Month really it is SOOO CUTE. Greywing comes when both parents are carrying the recessive gene the greywing gene there are 2 types of greywing he is a greywing and a gorgeous one . So you can make a note that they parents throw off greywing chicks.

July 11, 200816 yr neat you pieds are AUSTRALIAN DOMINANT PIED, not dutch which is what the clearflight pied is also know as. Danish pied are the recessive ones. ALL stunning birds, I would love to see baby 3 when all grown up, how strong are the markings?
