In Canada we have an expression to describe a crappy idea, we say we just had a "brain fart"

Guess that ties in, eh?

We use that expression here too :huh:

 

Also my mum (who's not even 50 yet) if she does something stoopid or forgets someting says she was having an "older persons moment"
