Hi we have a budgie his leg ring has the following

we would like to buy another budgie and we thought the breeder may still be local

we bought our budgie from the maitland bird show 1yr or so ago

The budgerigar council in your state will have a record of the breeder. Give them a call or email.

The "NBC" stands for Newcastle Budgie Club. Hope this helps!
