Chinese Cabbage

We aren't talking about the stock standard round cabbage which I believe isn't great but the long curly one that kinda looks like a cos lettuce. Most commonly used in asian salads, etc or that salad you make with walnuts :o Anyone know if it's okay to feed? I have half of one in my fridge which needs to be used up.

All leafy greens which are safe for human consumption are safe for our budgies.

Some just provide more nitrients than the others :o

Chinese cabbage (also known as Wombok) is great, much better than traditional cabbage. :o Don't know if it is "good" for budgies but what Libby says sounds logical.

i feed it to my budgies and some of my birds love it where as some will not touch it.

I have used it with no ill effects. Better than normal cabbage. :(
