June 20, 200817 yr Author No the cupcakes are for them to take home as their 'piece of cake' We get dessert at the venue so they won't need to eat it there. The 'sauce' sets nearly hard so they won't spill or anything when they take them home. Doesn't have to be her special recipe, I'm just trying to find a recipe that someone has actually used before and knows is nice. I think I have baked about 80 muffins so far trying to find a good recipe but noothing as been that fantastic. Oh and I promise not to tell anyone Wedding is 4pm on a Sunday. What's an 'Inglot' is that like the equivelent of the Myer make up counter? I really have no idea, my make up collection extends to a mascara and lip balm :hap: My main problem is I do tend to wash out very easily in photos, I always look white as a sheet even if I'm not so I need enough colour put on to make me look normal in my photos... Most are open on a Sunday so it is do able. If you want I could bring all my stuff around and we could have a play and see what you do and don't like that way you know. Also do som styles and then go outside and take digital photos so we know what will photo well. Then you can lean mine if you want for the big day. A Make Over is $45 and you get $45 worth of product (this is how I have gotten all mine) that way you can get some lipstick so that you can do touch ups or a bit of powder. June 20, 200817 yr Author Chadstone is a fair hike from here (plus I would get lost going from my car into the shop), but Northland is only ten minutes down the road so that's doable. If you are bored one day happy to do a mini makeover and take some snaps. I barely know how to put lipstick on though so I'll probably ask lots of dumb questions :hap:
June 20, 200817 yr There are no dumb questions! Really up untill a few years ago I had never worn makup and then my boss pretty much said I had to so I had to learn fast. The quickest and easiest way was to do a course over a few weekends it ended up being not that bad. Now it is just part of my daily life.
June 24, 200817 yr Author Further updates after this past weekend :budgiedance: I bought myself a necklace, organised a dance instructor, found my youngest a pair of black formal shoes and today just by luck I found the perfect bracelet. It's all starting to come together
July 22, 200817 yr Author Another thing pretty much done. I made the flowers for the wedding stand last night. I need to make some organze 'bunches' to put in the middle of the stand to hide the stand and the wires but you get the idea

I am living on borrowed sleep time and during my work lunch hour at the moment, I'm looking forward to the wedding being over so I can get a little relax time again

July 23, 200817 yr Author 24th of August, not sure what I am doing yet about the birds. The big ones don't go through their seed all that quickly so even if they were done every couple of days it would be okay, I'll let you know

I have not used them as I wam waiting for my room to be finished and september to role around that way everyone will be off meds and give them a few weeks and then i will start putting pairs down.
