Today I watched my babie Budgies, that are now 6 weeks old feed each other. They took turns feeding after one was fed 15 mins later the one that was fed was feeding the one that was doing the feeding is this a normal thing for babies to do ?

It is normal. they are copying the behaviour of their parents. Budgies love to feed each other and this is a very important skill that they need to learn.
