Posted June 9, 200817 yr Hi All, we are reasonably new to this forum and have already met 2 members both how are lovely people and have lovely birds. We are both bird breeders from when we where children i used to bred zebras, doves, quails and parrots with my parents who also bred gouldians, bourkes, turks, elegants, cubans and the list goes on. While my wife bred budgies and quails when she was younger. We have been trying to decide what birds to get back into and finally decided on budgies, zebras and quails. We have just finished building our avairy and are in the process of stocking it. We have had some mishaps though after the bird sale at skye we lost 2 budgies and 3 zebra finches.
