June 7, 200817 yr Hello and welcome. Your budgie Blue is very sweet. Your English is good Blue is a Sky Blue Opaline. I can not tell by the photos if he has a yellow face or not. If his face is yellow, then he is a Yellow Face Sky Blue Opaline He is very cute
