Hi,

 

I have been told that Recessive Pied budgies have no iris ring, and that Dominant Pieds do. Is this correct?

 

Because all of my pieds have no rings.

Correct. Also young budgies that havent had their first moult yet have no iris rings, so until they moult or until they are around 5 months or more...no iris rings in any types.
