They cliped his wings when we bought him and in the beginning when he was freaking out in his cage he somehow lost the remaining feathers from his right wing. But he is alright with flying

Another bird with his "Happy Balls."

 

Who ever invented these balls with smaller balls inside must filthy rich. Its the only toy I've ever seen that most every budgie owner has bought for their birds. Cookie seems to be happy being out & about with his balls ! Handsome boid there Bobr.
