I kinda met Peter Glassonbury at the auction I went to a few weeks ago, well didnt meet as such, but saw him. He ran the first half of the auction. He later outbid me on a hen I was interested in. I bid against him a few times, but there is no way Im gonna win against someone like him if he wants the bird! lol ^_^

More pictures...compliments of Gary Armstrong, without whose permission we would not be able to see these winners so closely.

I guess every breeder at the moment is thinking ................. can I do better than that. Donald%20Duck.gif

Great Shots Kaz. Gary is very good...

Guys it was noted by Janice Al-Nassar that the Skyblue could probibly have won the Champion of Show at the BS Show in the UK. That would make it one of the best birds in the world. She also went on to say that many of the birds could have competed well against the UK birds.

Australia, you should be proud. We have some very good breeders across Australia and their efforts have been truly rewarded.

Elly that was one of the rare moments that I was on the other side of the camera. :hap:

Thanks for posting the pics Kaz. They are fantastic. Such gorgeous birds!

Not too many get to ride in the back of a hearse while still alive

Well there were 5 classes at 14 birds per class so that was 70 live passengers per trip. You did a great job Kaz. The transport of the birds were spot on.

Thanks guys for the photos. It looks amazing. So many BIG birds and beautiful varieties. Very cool
