Can budgies eat those little gum seed things that you find on flowering gums and can you feed them the flowers.

yep they will chew on the seeds and branches- havent had any interested in the flowers yet though.

Mine will eat the lot, they especially like all the new leaf growth that is out at the moment.

and with bottle brush (you can get two types the fluffy one and the stick like one) can you feed both types and are thier colour preferences that budgies like cause you can get red, pink and yellow bottlebrush here in Aus.

Cara I don’t think you need to worry about what colour, as Budgies will enjoy them all. Just keep to the safe types of trees & gums & bottlebrush are okay.

Budgies in the wild live in the gum trees so ones in captivaty will enjoy any relics of wild life like branches to chew on
