She looks like an Opaline Dominant Pied, are her throat spots brown? If so she would also be a cinnamon, to me she looks skyblue

Yes Cinnamon Opaline Dominant Pied, not sure about the Violet but, hard to get Violets true to colour in pictures looks lighter to me, maybe Sky Violet.

Quarantine is minimum four weeks in another cage in another room.

well she'll be in for 4 weeks and shes in my sisters room which is next door to mine so she can hear the other budgies

She is a beautiful bird, i love the dominant pied variety
