Posted May 12, 200817 yr Congratulations to Libby who submitted this photo of her rabbit....Libby great job and you can give us more background on this cute "fur baby."
May 12, 200817 yr Thanks Elly Well his name is Pancakes. He's a netherland dwarf x mini lop. In this photo he was 6 weeks old and tiny!!!! he's now grown into a nice huge rabbit with floppy ears... (so much for dwarfism) My partner and I got him from a local pet shop to be a companion for my 10 yr old dwarf x rabbit named eoules :hap: Pancakes and eoules live at the bottom of my aviary but have free range of my backyard now also. They don't bother the dogs one bit and love eating the over grown grass on the unused garden side :hap: During the night my quails and disabled birds cuddle up to them for warmth - tiny itty bitty pancakes - pancakes now in the same persons hands LOL!
May 12, 200817 yr Author Libby, I would love to see a picture if you could do it of the quails and budgies cuddled up to him that has to be super precious for sure, thank you for telling us about his background is he gorgeous.
May 12, 200817 yr I don't have a picture of the quails with him as they usually sleep by the door and it's night time, but i do have one with my old blind hen agatha with him It's not the best picture as it's taken from outside the aviary but you can see his big fluffy feet :hap: See the big fluffy feet and tail... You can't see much of pancakes as the picture was taken more of agatha.
