i remember a long long time ago some posted this but i forget why birds do this so yeah

Sometimes when my budgie is kissing me i can hear a very quiet high pitched noise.

Do you know what this means?

He is just intimately flirting with you hehe! The males make a very high pitched noise in amongst their song when they are flirting and are wanting to mate

he is just flirtying and has bonded with you take it as a compliment

Oh i do take it as a compliment!its funny when i tell my friends how he regurgitates seed to me... even though it is yucky,i find it very cute as well
