Just wondering where you guys get your rings to tag your budgies with i was told that you can only get them if you are registered through a club? Is anyone registered if you are what club and how much do they cost? thanks again guys

Yep they are available by club members from your local club. Generally they have the initial of the clup a number and the year.

You dont have to be a member to buy them , Its only for show rings you need to be a member.

I ring my birds to assist in telling them apart. I simply buy mine from the local pet shop.

If you are a member of the Budgerigar Society f NSW (http://www.budgerigar.com.au/) then you can have your initilals(if not already taken) ring number and year.

Mine are from a local club with the intials LIB was 40 dollars for 100 also.

Thanks guys but does anyone know what club to join in the blacktown area? I dont really have the time to go to the meetings and stuff so it seems to be a waist also to pay the club fees is there anywhere else that you can get the ones with the year on them?
