Curry and laila have more babies....five so far. Here is four of them. The fifth was just hatched so I left it in the nest for its first feed.

I have to ask Kaz, how do you get such great close up photos in a breeding cabinet with no flash. I try to stand as far away as I can and zoom to get my pics cause they dont show up well without flash inside.

I put the babies in an icecream tub with wood shavings and put it under the fluoro light in the birdroom and used the macro setting on the camera and no flash.

So that's your secret?! . Cute babies as always Kaz... and they are looking really good.

Breeder cage and it allows more light than a nestbox for photos.

I think I might have to get a temporary fluro desk lamp or something as my breeding cabinets are currently in my *cough* spare room with just a normal light and big window lol

 

I will just keep dreaming of my bird room........one day :hap:

Well Tracy..if you like i will change the normal light to a fluro this weekend,will take me like 10minutes all you have to do is beg me and i'll think about it :Pdidnt see that..as for the bird room you know it's in the works...so be patient grasshopper lol
