I'm having lots of fun with this breeding stuff now that I have brought my first pair into the house. Some may recall I posted a week or two about seeing the heart beat inside the egg. Well I candled again today to see if my newer eggs are all on track. Sadly looks as though one is clear so we are probably down to three babies BUT I did get to see the chick moving in the oldest of the eggs. It was VERY cool

How old was the egg whici is clear? it could be the most recently laid and not showing yet

Coming up on 10 days and no blood spot even so I think nothing there unfortunately. I'll still leave it in the nest for the moment just incase.

yep after ten days it definatly sounds like a Clear egg
