I took my budgie out of his cage and started training him but my dog came, snatched it and held my poor bird in the mutts mouth! Aquas top beak is all minced and is falling off! Please I need advice what to do next!

I just heard the same thing happen to my friends bird. Its amazing that it can grow back but takes time. Would have never thought it could happen but it does. Weird
