Lacewings, Spangles, Opalines, Greywings!

Can anyone help me with wing markings? I have a number of different wing markings in my aviary and I am having trouble telling what is what! I have some where the body colour is coming through on the edge of the wing feathers (On an otherwise clear feather) is this spangle? And what's the diff between this and lacewing? I also have some which I guess are greywings but they aren't really grey all the way over the feather and some which are cinnamon something or others! (Maybe opalines  )

I can't believe I am struggling so much with this! I have had birds, including budgies, for so long but I've only really now got the time to get interested in this aspect of it so it's a steep learning curve!

HELP!!

Post some pics, this'll help us to tell you, and make pointers on the birds for next time you're trying to work one out

I've tried looking at those Neat, they seem to all look the same to me ;) My internet server has been down since yesterday arvo so hopefully it will be working tonight and I'll be able to post picks at home, otherwise I'll have to try and do it at work.

okay so thanks to a helpful site supplied by Neat I have determined that I have, Goldenface spangles, Goldenface opaline spangles, cinnamons, greywings and full-body-colour greywings, also maybe some clearwings with very pale markings but I'll have to look closer! Wow, wasn't expecting such a mix!

sounds like a nice mix there. just cos you figured it out doesn't mean you don't need to post the pictures now though ;)
